Digital menu boards for Toronto and GTA restaurants
From one café to a chain across the GTA, here is what your menu boards handle for you.
From breakfast to late night
Breakfast, lunch, happy hour and late-night menus switch on their own at the times you set. Change a price once and it updates on every screen in every location.
Different prices by location
Downtown and suburban locations often price differently. Publish one menu everywhere, or change an item, price or special for a single location or a group of locations.
Seasons and promotions, scheduled
Holiday menus in December, warm drinks through the winter, patio menus in summer and limited-time offers that start and end on their own. Set the dates once and every location changes on time.
Calories for chains
With 20 or more locations in Ontario, standard items need calories on your menu boards, next to the name or price and in the same font and size. On a digital board, calories are part of the layout and change with the item.

Digital signage displays for GTA businesses
The same dashboard runs every screen, whatever it shows.
Restaurants, cafés and quick service
Menu boards, combos, daily specials and sold-out items, updated from your phone in every location.
Shops and retail
Window and in-store screens for promotions, new arrivals and holiday hours, published to every store at once.
Clinics and dental offices
Waiting-room screens with check-in steps, hours, holiday closures and health information. Patient names and details never go on the screen.
Offices and lobbies
Welcome screens, visitor directions, announcements and team dashboards, scheduled by time of day.
Choosing screens for each location
The right screen for each spot saves money and avoids faded or failing displays.
Indoors, your TVs are usually enough
For screens behind a counter, in a waiting room or in an office, a Samsung or LG smart TV or an Android TV usually works well. DSTology runs on it directly, so you can start without new hardware.
Windows, patios and drive-thrus need the right display
A regular TV looks faded when it faces a sunny window, and patios and drive-thrus need screens built for them. Check the brightness and operating temperature, or ask us: we supply and install commercial and high-brightness displays across the GTA.

Questions
Do you install digital signage in Toronto?
Yes. We supply and install screens on site across Toronto and the GTA, or set up DSTology on the TVs you already have.
Which GTA cities do you cover?
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and the rest of the GTA.
Can I use the TVs I already have?
Yes. DSTology runs on Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and any screen with a browser. Each screen pairs in under a minute.
Can each location show different prices or specials?
Yes. Publish one menu to every location, or change an item, price or special for one location or a group of locations, from the same dashboard.
Do menu boards in Ontario need calories?
If your business has 20 or more locations in Ontario, yes: standard food and drink items need calories on menus and menu boards, in the same font and size as the name or price. Items offered for fewer than 90 days in a calendar year are exempt.
Can a screen face a window, a patio or a drive-thru?
Yes, with the right display. A regular TV looks faded in direct sun, so window-facing, patio and drive-thru spots need high-brightness displays built for them. We supply and install these across the GTA.
Can the screens show more than one language?
Yes. Screens show your content in whatever language it is written, such as English or French, and a screen can alternate languages through the day.
What happens if the internet goes down?
DSTology screens keep playing their schedule and update when the connection comes back.
We have locations in several cities. Can we manage them together?
Yes. Every location, in Toronto, Ottawa or anywhere else, is managed from one dashboard. Update all of them at once or one at a time.
How much does it cost, and how do I start?
Your first screen is free, with a 14-day trial. Call us or send the contact form with your number of locations and screens, and we will quote the rest. Switching from another system is free.
